Ziggy ASL (“we,” “our,” or “the app”) is an American Sign Language learning app. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles.
1. We do not collect personal data
We do not collect, store, or sell your personal information. The app does not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, or other identifying details.
2. Data on your device
Your lesson progress, streaks, settings, and similar app data are saved locally on your device. This information stays on your phone unless you delete the app.
3. Subscriptions
If you subscribe to Premium, payment is processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment details. Apple handles billing according to its own privacy policy.
4. Third parties
We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers. Apple may process purchase-related information when you subscribe, as described in Apple’s policies.
5. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
